Project Scope
Project was to replace the poorly working plenum burners with new Low NOx burners. Our study indicated that this could not be corrected with the current burner design and that we would need to replace the old plenum with a new properly designed distribution duct. We also rebuilt the furnace floor, and installed new brick and insulation and a specially designed sloped tile at new center wall, as well as replacing a number of tubes and damaged tube supports. |
